The host pays you, not us
Bukavilla never pays partners and never holds your money. The commission is paid directly by the host whose villa was booked.
Only where a host has joined
Hosts set their own rate and choose to take part. There is no rate we can promise you, and a booking with a host who has not joined earns nothing.
You get a code and a link
Sign up and we text you your links and a printable card. Guests who follow them are counted as yours.
You can see your referrals
You get a private report link showing every booking credited to you, and what stage it is at.

Partner terms
We wrote these terms carefully, in plain words. They have not been checked by a lawyer yet. We will tell you if they change.
Who pays you
The host pays your commission directly. Bukavilla never pays partners, never holds your money, and is not a party to that payment.
You earn only on bookings with hosts who have joined the program and agreed a rate. There is no platform-wide rate, and a booking with a host who has not joined earns nothing.
Commission becomes payable when the guest checks in.
How a referral is counted
First touch wins. The first partner whose link a guest follows keeps that guest for the whole claim window, even if the guest later follows someone else’s link.
The claim window depends on your partner type and is shown on your report.
A guest counts once: their first stay only. Anything they book later is their own.
When you do not earn
If the booking is cancelled before the guest checks in, you earn nothing. There is no commission on a stay that did not happen.
If the guest is refunded in full after the stay, your commission is void — even if the host had already marked it as owed to you. The commission follows the money.
This is the rule partners like least, so it is written here plainly rather than left for you to find out later.
How payment gets confirmed
When a host pays you, they mark it paid, and you see that on your report.
If the money did not reach you, say so within 7 days of that mark. If you say nothing for 7 days, it counts as confirmed.
Silence counts as confirmed because a host cannot be left waiting forever on a partner who has gone quiet.
If you were never paid at all, you can still reopen it for 30 days after that. After 30 days the record is closed.
If the host does not pay you
Bukavilla cannot make a host pay you, and will not pay you in their place. It is not our money, and we are not part of that payment.
What we do is this: we record what you are owed, we show it to you and to the host, and we can restrict a host who does not pay their partners.
That is the limit of it. Do not join this program believing Bukavilla is the backstop if a host does not pay.
Tax is yours
What you earn here is your income, and the tax on it is yours to pay.
Bukavilla deducts nothing, issues no tax forms, and is not the one paying you.
In some countries a host must hold tax back before paying you. That is between you and the host, and Bukavilla does not decide it.
You do not work for Bukavilla
You are not our employee, not our agent, and not our representative.
Never tell anyone you work for Bukavilla. Never promise anything on our behalf — not a price, not a booking, not a refund.
You refer guests. That is the whole of this arrangement.
What you must not do
No self-referral. You cannot earn on your own booking, on one for your own household, or on your own property.
Never take cash from a guest for a villa. Guests pay the host, never you.
Never quote a price other than the one on the screen. If a guest asks what a stay costs, show them the page.
No coupon, deal, cashback or discount-code sites. Your links must not be posted to them.
If you post publicly
If you share your link in a post, a video, a story or anywhere else public, you must say that you earn a commission. This is the law in most countries, and it is your responsibility, not Bukavilla’s.
Use the disclosure line we give you with your links, or your own wording that says the same thing just as plainly.
Your personal data
We store your name, your WhatsApp number, your email if you gave one, your language, and your payout details if you added them. We store them to run the program: to send you your links, to show you your referrals, and to tell a host how to pay you.
We do not sell your data. You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time — deleting it ends your participation, because we could no longer credit or contact you.
This covers the rights Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), and similar laws elsewhere, give you.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. We can pause or remove a partner who breaks these terms.
If you are removed, referrals you already earned before that are still owed to you by the host.
If these terms change
We can change these terms, and we will tell you when we do.
Referrals you have already earned are judged by the terms that were in force when you earned them. Each version carries a date for exactly that reason.
Which law applies
Bukavilla LLC is a Texas company in the United States. If there is a dispute between you and Bukavilla, these terms follow the law of the State of Texas, and it belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
We are telling you plainly that this is our choice, and that it suits us: it follows where the company is, not where you are.
It does not take away rights that the law where you live gives you and does not let you sign away.
A dispute with a host about money they owe you is between you and that host. This part is about you and Bukavilla.
